Word File Organizing Tips

For the best results when parsing your story into discrete chapters, format your headings in Word using the standard "Heading 1" style. Fiction Forge utilizes H1 headings as automatic anchors to divide books into chapters.

📜 Moral Tags – Now Normalized!

Wrap any paragraph or passage with [moral]...[/moral] in your Word document. Fiction Forge will automatically convert any variation — including [ Moral ], [<b>moral</b>], or [MORAL] — into a clean [moral] tag. It then replaces it with a beautiful "Moral" button that opens a genre‑styled popup revealing the hidden text.

Offline Standalone Features

Every exported book is highly responsive, fully styled offline, and bundles custom assets. Your readers will enjoy:

  • Nested Navigation Drawer with a built‑in instantaneous full‑text section search.
  • Interactive Bookmark Module: right‑click or long‑press any paragraph to set a persistent bookmark.
  • Responsive preferences for theme selections (Sepia, Obsidian, Parchment), font enlargement, and continuous scrolling.
  • Fully supported keyboard controls (← / → turns chapters, F toggles fullscreen, M shows menu).

Switch to the Edit tab to modify the content of any chapter with a full rich‑text toolbar. Changes are saved per chapter and reflected instantly in the preview and final export.
